WOW! WHAT A PAYBACK! -- Applewood Air Conditioning

This is the reaction of Applewood Vice President, Mark McKibbin, within 3 months of installing Trimble's Telvisant mobile solution to manage his fleet. Mark reports that productivity jumped almost immediately by 33%. Drivers who previously averaged 3 installs a day are now averaging 4 installs a day knowing their activity is being tracked. Mark said there is also an additional $500.00 per week savings in reported hours and further savings will result when he starts tracking engine idling.

When asked how the drivers have reacted to the new system Mark replied that despite some initial resistance they really like it as it has proved useful to their needs as well.

Most drivers prefer to work through their lunch hour and quit early at 3, instead of 4PM. The system accurately reports when the driver works his lunch hour eliminating any disputes.
